If your tracking information shows that the package has entered your country, but doesn't provide any additional information after that, your package could just be delayed at customs. This is a common occurrence during the holiday season when there is an increase in sent packages.
For customs clearance, additional shipping fees may be applicable. As mentioned in our Shipping Policy, customs fees are always the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to the customer. Indeed we cannot predict whether they will be billed and their amount.
If customs charges have to be paid, your parcel will be held in your local delivery depot awaiting payment of customs charges. The addressee will be sent a letter outlining the amount of the charges and how to pay.
Most of the time, the payment of customs charges can be made with a credit card. If you pay online, the delivery is usually made the next working day after payment is proceed. Also be aware that there is a 7 days deadline (it may vary between the delivery service) to pay the custom charges otherwise the package will be returned to us.
