Yes, we ship all our products to the following global destinations:

Shipping cost and courier are determined depending on the item's quantity, weight and country destination.
In order to quickly get a real-time shipping quote to any global destination follow these simple steps:
- On the product page, click on Get a Shipping Quote above the Add to Cart button.
- Select your Country and enter your Postal / ZIP code.
- Click on the Calculate shipping cost button.
- The list of delivery options and costs will then appear below.
If you want to order multiple products, you will get the total shipping cost by following these steps:
- Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart by clicking the Add to Cart button.
- A white fly-out window will appear on the right side of your screen. At the bottom of the window click the blue CHECKOUT button.
- In this section, enter your Country, City, State/Province, and Zip/Postal Code. After you have entered all your information, the shipping cost will appear on the right just above the total.
For standard delivery, the estimated shipping times are the following:
International destinations: 7 to 10 business days
Europe | United Kingdom | Switzerland: 3 to 5 business days
France: 2 business days
Customers outside of France and Europe may be required to pay applicable duties and taxes upon receipt of merchandise. Both merchandise and shipping fees are taxable:
- France and European Countries - no customs fees will be applicable
- International destinations - customs fees may be applicable
Note: 99% of the orders shipped to United States and Canada do not incur unforeseencosts customs charges.
Because we cannot predict if extra customs fees will be applicable on orders and we cannot predict their exact value (it depends on the customs decision and product value) customs charges are NOT included in the delivery price. Thus during the delivery process of an order, additional shipping fees may be applicable. Customs fees are always the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to the customer.
Yes, express delivery is available on all orders. The estimated transit times with express shipping are the following:
International destinations: 2 to 6 business days
Europe | United Kingdom | Switzerland: 2 to 5 business days
France: 1 business day
We are doing our best to ship all orders as soon as possible, but since our products are fully handmade, it is currently hard for us to get an important inventory in stock. As a result, we cannot ship your order the same day it is placed. If all the purchased items are in stock, your order will be shipped in less than a week. Indeed, we ship all orders on Fridays each week.
IMPORTANT - If you want to ensure the fastest possible processing time of your order, we strongly recommend that you choose an express shipping method during checkout.
Usually 10-20 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after the date of your payment. This includes the manufacturing + shipping time.
It mainly depends :
- whether the purchased items are in stock or need to be manufactured
- on your country (orders are shipped from France)
- on the chosen shipping method (standard or express)
For example, if you live in the United States and order a product that is already in stock using Express shipping, it will arrive within 5-10 business days.
IMPORTANT - these indicated deadlines do not take into account possible delivery delays (due to customs, incomplete address or other factors).
As soon as your order is shipped, your tracking number will be visible in the shipping notification e-mail sent to your registered email address.

If you find no shipping options in the check-out page, your parcel could be either oversize or overweight. To proceed with your order, we suggest you split the order or remove some of the items and place it in a separate order. Due to restrictions of some of the item content (e.g battery, etc.), and for safety regulations, we could not ship the items altogether.
