Payment and shipping policies
Payment Policy
We kindly ask for payment at the time of ordering, including for pre-order products. Our customers have the flexibility to pay using various methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, Stripe or Paypal. Customer payment details are encrypted before transmission over the Internet for added security. Once payment is confirmed, the amount is promptly debited after verification. Please note that, as per Article L.132-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay using a card is final. By using the card, the customer confirms legal ownership and authorization to use it. In the event of an error or payment failure, the sale is automatically terminated, and the order is canceled.
Shipping Policy
Products are dispatched to the provided delivery address within the indicated timeframe, excluding order preparation time.
Shipping times vary depending on product availability and the chosen delivery service (standard or express), as well as the destination department or country.
Should there be any delays in delivery, customers have the option to cancel the order in accordance with Article L 138-2 of the French Consumer Code. Paul Mini Parachute will refund the product cost and shipping fees as per Article L 138-3 of the French Consumer Code. Customers receive a confirmation email with a contact phone number for order tracking. It’s important to note that once the customer takes possession of the goods, the risk of loss or damage transfers to them. Customers are responsible for reporting any issues with the delivered product.
For B2B transactions, shipping risk transfers to the recipient upon handover of goods to the logistics company by the seller.
Customs fees :
Because we cannot predict if extra customs fees will be applicable on orders and we cannot predict its value (it depends on the customs decision and product value) customs charges are NOT included in the delivery price. Thus during the delivery process of an order, additional shipping fees may be applicable. Customs fees are always the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to the customer.
If customs charges have to be paid, your parcel will be held in your local delivery depot awaiting payment of customs charges. The addressee will be sent a letter outlining the amount of the charges and how to pay.
The payment of customs charges can be made with a credit card. If you pay online, the delivery is usually made the next working day after payment is proceed. Also be aware that there is a 2 weeks deadline (it may vary between the delivery service) to pay the custom charges otherwise the package will be returned to us.
