Modify or Cancel Order

Yes, you can add items to your order as long as it has not shipped. In order to modify your order, please send us an email with:

• Your order number
• The list the item(s) you want to add to your order

We will then check the preparation status of your order and see if it's still possible to group them. We will then re-estimate the total shipping cost based on the package weight:

• If the shipping cost is not increased: you will get a free shipping coupon code for your additional order
• If there is an increase in the shipping costs: we will send the extra shipping cost bill by email.

Yes, you can remove items to your order as long as it has not shipped. In order to modify your order, please send us an email with:

• The list the item(s) you want to remove from your order

We will then check the preparation status of your order and see if it's still possible to remove the item(s).

We will then re-estimate the total shipping cost based on the package weight. If there is a decrease in the shipping costs, we will send a partial refund to your credit card or PayPal account according to your preference.

Your shipping address can be modified only if your order has not yet been shipped, please send us an email at paulminiparachute-sale@yahoo.com as soon as possible with your order number and the desired address and we will check if it's still possible to update it.

If the shipping label has already been created, we will not be able to modify the delivery address.

If your order includes a custom product that needs to be manufactured on demand, it will be possible to cancel it only if the manufacturing process has not started yet. Please send us an email in order to know the status of the fulfillment process of your order.

If your order only includes stock products that are not concerned by any customization, you can cancel it as long as it has not shipped. Please send us an email in order to know the shipping status of your order.
