Order Issues
These are the most common order issues
If you order an RC skydiver and you also order small spare parts, 90% of the time we will pack the spare parts inside the RC model's box. Before contacting customer service to report a missing item, please check all areas inside the box thoroughly. Check inside brown paper packing material as fragile spare parts are often wrapped.
Some products require you to tick certain options (e.g. battery, servos, receiver) in order to include them. Please double-check on your order invoice to verify the options you purchased.
If you have thoroughly checked your shipping boxes, packing material and order invoice and still cannot find your item, please contact us using the form below, and we will be glad to help you locate your item(s) or ship you the missing part(s) if necessary.
We apologize that we have shipped you the incorrect product. Before contacting us, please double-check your invoice to confirm that the product you received is different than the product on the invoice. Keep all packing material and original boxes as you will be required to return the incorrect item (we will pay the cost of return shipping).
Instructions:
- Complete the new ticket form below with the details of the incorrect product you received.
- Send a picture of the incorrect product you received and a picture of the packing slip to paulminiparachute-sale@yahoo.com. These two photos will help expedite the return process.
- Once we receive your ticket, we will contact you with instructions on how to return the incorrect item, and we will set up a new replacement order for the correct product.
If your product was damaged during shipping, contact Paul Mini Parachute immediately using the form below. We will replace any damaged items at our expense. The shipping carrier will typically want to inspect any damage, so please keep all boxes and packing materials so the product can be returned to Paul Mini Parachute.
Instructions:
- To help expedite the claims process, take at least one photo of the damaged box and one photo of the damaged product.
- Complete the new ticket form below.
- Send a picture of the damaged product you received and a picture of the packing slip to paulminiparachute-sale@yahoo.com.
- Once we receive your ticket, we will process a replacement order and possibly arrange a return shipment of the damaged goods.
