Overview

Products are dispatched to the provided delivery address within the indicated timeframe given at checkout, which includes order preparation time and shipping time.

Shipping times vary depending on product availability and the chosen delivery service (Standard or Express), as well as the destination department or country.

Customers receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. It’s important to note that once the customer takes possession of the goods, the risk of loss or damage transfers to them. Customers are responsible for reporting any issues with the delivered product. For B2B transactions, shipping risk transfers to the recipient upon handover of goods to the logistics company by the seller.

Shipping Costs By Region

Overseas international shipments can be shipped using either Standard or Express shipping methods.

For Standard shipments, we use the french courier LaPoste, packages are sent with the Colissimo Service and include detailed package tracking.

Packages sent via Colissimo have an average transit time of:

• 7 to 10 business days for International destinations
• 3 to 5 business days for Europe | United Kingdom | Switzerland
• 2 business days for France

For Express shipments, we use Chronopost. Packages are sent with the Chrono Classic Service and include detailed package tracking.

Packages sent via Chrono Classic have an average transit time of:

• 2 to 6 business days for International destinations
• 2 to 5 business days for Europe | United Kingdom | Switzerland
• 1 business day for France

Shipping costs and courier are determined depending on the item's quantity, weight and country destination.

In order to quickly get a real-time shipping quote to any global destination follow these simple steps:

1. On the product page, click on Get a Shipping Quote above the Add to Cart button.
2. Select your Country and enter your Postal / ZIP code.
3. Click on the Calculate shipping cost button.
4. The list of delivery options and costs will then appear below.

If you want to order multiple products, you will get the total shipping cost by following these steps:

1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart by clicking the Add to Cart button.
2. A white fly-out window will appear on the right side of your screen. At the bottom of the window click the blue CHECKOUT button.
3. In this section, enter your Country, City, State/Province, and Zip/Postal Code. After you have entered all your information, the shipping cost will appear on the right just above the total.

Customers will be required to pay any applicable sales tax or VAT upon receipt of the shipment. The majority of all Paul Mini Parachute products are duty-free, so import duties will typically be $0 except for the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Shipping batteries Internationally without a model is not permitted by any shipping carrier.

Ordering Processing Time

Orders are processed in the chronological order in which they were received. Orders that have opted for express delivery are not a priority, only the delivery time will be reduced. For any urgent order, please contact us before purchase, prioritization fees may be applied.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup for customers who live or visit France. If you would like to collect your package at our workshop, please inform us by email before completing your order. We will then provide a free shipping coupon code and your package will be waiting for you upon arrival. Local pickup hours are between 09:00 and 18:00 Central European Time Zone Monday through Friday.

Duties and Taxes

Paul Mini Parachute does not collect sales tax, VAT, or duties during checkout for all orders. Customers outside of France and Europe may be required to pay applicable duties and taxes upon receipt of merchandise. Both merchandise and shipping fees are taxable:

• France and European Countries - no customs fees will be applicable
• International destinations - customs fees may be applicable

Because we cannot predict if extra customs fees will be applicable on orders and we cannot predict their exact value (it depends on the customs decision and product value) customs charges are NOT included in the delivery price. Thus during the delivery process of an order, additional shipping fees may be applicable. Customs fees are always the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to the customer.

If customs charges have to be paid, your parcel will be held in your local delivery depot awaiting payment of customs charges. The addressee will be sent a letter outlining the amount of the charges and how to pay.

The payment of customs charges can be made with a credit card. If you pay online, the delivery is usually made the next working day after payment is proceed. Also be aware that there deadline to pay the custom charges otherwise the package will be returned to us. 

Order returned to Paul Mini Parachute due to expired pick up time

If you're unavailable when your local courier attempts delivery at your address, or if your delivery address is incomplete and the courier is not able to carry out the delivery correctly, the courier may deliver your package to a Pick Up Point / Local Post Center near your home. Your package will be held for you to pick up for a few days only (usually no more than 7 calendar days). After this short time frame, your package will be returned to us as undeliverable.

Any order that is returned to us due to expired pick up time will be resent to the customer at his expense. Thus, the order shipping cost will have to be paid again by the customer.

In order to avoid such additional shipping costs, please make sure to keep an eye on the tracking status of your order using the provided tracking number. Make sure you or a trusted person can receive the package on the day of delivery.
