Refund and returns

Undamaged and unused products and accessories can be returned to us 14 days after receipt of your order for a refund, an exchange, or the creation of a credit on our site. For any return, please send us an email to paulminiparachute-sale@yahoo.com with :

1. Your order number
2. Last name & first name
3. Reason for return
4. Fees and deadlines (return costs are the responsibility of Paul Mini Parachute, the company will cover the return costs providing your shipping cost receipt)

You will then receive a response within 24 hours.
