You must read this label prior to any product use. In this section, “our products”, “the mini parachutes”, “the products”, “toy mini parachutes”, “any product” refer to all the items we manufacture and sell on paulminiparachute.com (rectangular mini parachutes, round mini parachutes, custom mini parachutes, high performance speed wing mini parachutes, radio/remote control skydivers and accessories.

Product use

All the products we manufacture and sell at Paul Mini Parachute are TOYS, they are ONLY made for decoration, plushes, teddy bears, action figures, plastic toys, remote control activities and must NEVER directly involve a human being or animal. All our product can not be assimilated and used as real size parachutes. Even if the mini parachutes are designed with similarities to real parachutes, all the features are only decorative and not functional. No one should intend or try to use any of our product like a real size parachute made for human beings. They should only be used with strict adult supervision.

The Paul Mini Parachute small scale toy mini parachutes are only designed and built to carry ultralight payloads, they can not carry more than 2,2 LBS payloads (=1kg). Consequently they can NOT be used as real parachutes on human beings or animals. 

Usage area

Only use our products in secure, open and authorized areas free from obstacles.  Do not throw the mini parachutes directly over people, animals, traffic, power lines, rivers and water. DO NOT approach and throw a mini parachute from an area without anti-fall bodyguard protection (railing, handrail, low wall, barrier).

Weather conditions

Make sure weather is clear and wind does not exceed 6,2 MPH (=10km/h) when using any product. So not use our products under rain, hail, storm or heavy winds.

Product storage

When not in use, it is advisable to store the canopy loosely in a larger container, keep away from direct heat. Do not submerge into water. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
