Paul Mini Parachute Product Warranty Policy

At Paul Mini Parachute, we pride ourselves on offering premium products either fully handmade or sourced from top-tier brands within the radio control industry. Each product undergoes rigorous testing to ensure its quality and performance before it becomes available for purchase. Despite our commitment to excellence, we understand that occasional defects or issues may arise. Therefore, our manufacturers guarantee that all products will be free from defects and fully functional for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

Prior to making a purchase, we urge you to carefully review the following warranty guidelines and restrictions:

Warranty Coverage for Sewing Quality Issues:

If upon inspection of your product you detect any sewing quality issues, please promptly contact us to notify us of the nature of the incident. We stand by the quality of all Paul Mini Parachute products and will address any concerns promptly. Return shipping costs for such issues will be covered by us, and we will endeavor to expedite the return process. We retain the right to repair or replace the product, depending on the most cost-effective solution. After initial use, warranty claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

1. Flown Parachutes and RC Skydivers: Due to the inherent complexities of the RC hobby and the multitude of factors that can impact flight performance, we do not extend warranty coverage to parachutes and skydivers that have been flown. It is essential to conduct thorough pre-flight checks before each flight.

2. Modified Products: Any modifications made to the product will void the manufacturer’s warranty. This includes but is not limited to painting, gluing, cutting, soldering, or altering electrical connectors. Warranty claims for modified products will be denied, and return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Replacement Parts Provision:

Should you encounter defective parts in your parachute or RC skydiver, Paul Mini Parachute will supply the necessary parts to rectify the issue and restore your model to working order. However, we do not provide replacement models for defective parts. If a required part is unavailable as a spare, we will either offer a suitable replacement or special order the part from the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for the installation of replacement parts.

Evidence Requirement for Warranty Claims:

To process a warranty claim, photographic or video evidence of the defect is mandatory. While we understand this may be inconvenient, it is a prerequisite set by our manufacturers to expedite the claims process, particularly for higher-value or complex cases.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

Certain aesthetic imperfections, such as minor paint discrepancies, decal issues, or surface irregularities, which do not affect the model’s performance, are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Customers dissatisfied with the fit and finish of their model may request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) in the section “Contact us”, provided the product remains unassembled and in its original packaging.

Limitations of Electronic Part Warranties:

While electronic components like servos, transmitters, batteries and receivers are covered under our standard warranty, any damage or loss incurred by the model due to electronic part failure is not covered. Only the malfunctioning electronic part itself is eligible for warranty repair or replacement.

Second hand, clearance and Open Box Items:

Products labeled as second hand, clearance items or sold as “Open Box” merchandise are sold on an “AS IS” basis and are not covered by our warranty. Customers are advised to review the product condition description carefully before making a purchase.

Non-Transferable Warranties:

Our warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is not transferable. If the product is sold to another party, the warranty does not extend to the new owner.
